Our clients originally planned to renovate this New England Style home on Portland’s Munjoy Hill. Early in the process the owners became acutely aware of economical realities and impracticalities of a deep energy retro-fit, and they realized that starting from the foundation up would be a more sustainable way to go for what they hoped to achieve for the “empty nest” years ahead.
